Selling Something You Believe In

In actual fact you are not selling at all but simply sharing information of value because you believe what you offer is something someone else really wants and needs.
When people take you up on your offer, it results in a positive response because your offering, be it a product or a service, “delivers” – i.e. it meets or exceeds expectations. The corollaries to this are that the product/service begins to sell itself and the feedback from satisfied customers can be used to enhance or expand on the product/service.
