Analyzing Problems

Good problem solvers analyze situations before taking appropriate action in a timely fashion.  

Most problems can be placed in one of three categories –   organizational, process or cultural.   Although they are not unrelated, it is important to know which is which.  

Understanding the category  is of great value in deriving a solution to a problem.
