A quick read of this post’s title may make one inclined to believe that they are going to read something on the Mamas & Papas’ 1966 number one hit.

However, the “hit” I am referencing took place 10 years later in 1976  at  Wrigley Field and did not involve a bat.

Some of you may not be  old enough to remember this and some of you might have seen the play –  one of the greatest plays ever in baseball.
