Relationship Management

The ability to connect with someone and then build on that commonality are two key components of relationship management.   Hence, timely interaction is required.

A significant portion of  this interaction relates to contributing and the keeping of promises.   Those who consistently keep the promises they make to others are richly rewarded in terms of the quality of their relationships.   These people are also savvy enough not to fall into the trap of having good intentions but  making promises they can’t keep.
