I Don’t Have Time

“I don’t have time”.   How many times have you heard this line from people?   Probably many.   But why?

In many instances, people resort to saying this as a result of being late,  disorganized or biting off more than they can chew.   They inevitably become victims of time and see challenges/problems being out of their control.   Studies have shown that if this occurs over a significant period, people put their health and their relationships in jeopardy.

Ironically, it is during these times that we need to take some time out to recharge our batteries.   When we do this, we return to work more focused and enthusiastic as if we have pushed a “reset button”.   Also, by doing this, we empower ourselves and are able to work smarter and healthier.

Hence, we can’t afford not to have time.
