Customer Service

I’m just back from a Toronto business trip which also included delivering Christmas presents and seeing my daughter, Alana.

While there, I assisted Alana in the closing of the purchase of her first car, a 2011 Hyundai Elantra GL Touring auto.   What was memorable about this purchase was how we were treated and serviced by Sisley Hyundai in Ajax, Ontario.

In addition in working with us to get all the paperwork and financing in order prior to our meeting and picking up of the car, the Sisley  team  took great pains to make sure we understood the various features and benefits of the financing.

On site, they performed a step-by-step walk through of the vehicle and how it handles with Alana.   This was most impressive in that Alana is deaf. Yet, she was able to understand the information presented to her and  drove off the lot with a great deal of confidence in the vehicle and the support team  that would be there for future servicing.

The next time someone says to you, ‘It’s all about service” … it is.
