A Constant in Business

Being able to roll with the punches as you go through your day is a great attribute to have.   Given that we interact with people throughout the day, the law of averages says that we are going to run into something unexpected or perhaps spend more time on something then we planned.

As business has become more automated, one constant in organization has arisen – “The system will be down”.   Get  used to it, get over it and remember, you’re not the only one affected.
