Shaping Your Business

I have been involved in a number of businesses and startups throughout my career.   The ones that have moved forward had three things in common:

1. They organized and planned their activities with purpose and timelines in place
2. They used their time wisely and followed up consistently while  complying to the old adage, “Never go to more than two meetings a day or you will never get anything done.”
3. They let the business shape the organization, not the organization shape the business
