The Great Escape

Last night, thanks to some prodding by my brother, I went to the theatre to see the new Three Stooges movie.   It was like going back in time but only in colour.

The actors who portrayed Curly, Larry & Moe did themselves and the legend of the Stooges proud.   They were  “mirrors” of the characters I remembered.

For me, I went to the theatre knowing I wasn’t going to witness the next Academy Award winner.   But what I didn’t expect was the smile it put on my face and bursting out in laughter from time to time as I reflected back some fifty plus years when I was first introduced to this zany trio.  

Thanks to this escape, I slept good last night.
