Effective Decision Making

Effective decision making is made up of 3 elements – making a decision, communicating the decision and implementing the decision.  

Underlying this proces is the following rule of thumb – “Spend five minutes figuring out how to communicate the decision for every ten minutes you spend deciding.”

To  maintain a competitive edge, be meticulous in your decision making and communication and quick in your implementation.
