Conscious of these shortcomings and the fact that “when you point a finger, there are three going the other way”, good leader don’t waste their energy playing the “blame game”.
Taking responsibility when things go wrong instead of blaming others is empowering and sets the table for one to focus on doing things better or smarter next time.
