Experience at the Top

It’s often been pointed out that  the seeking of  higher management roles and obtaining them is inversely proportional to longevity in a company. In layman’s terms, “the closer to the top, the closer to the door”.

However,  many who have experienced this will tell you that they wouldn’t have it any other way as they are natural risk takers who enjoy the journey and are confident in themselves.

Those involved in pro sports know that coaching is  all about winning.   You stop winning … you stop coaching.
