Organizational Change

Successful organizational change usually has the following two components.

The first one is buy-in at the top.   If senior management doesn’t see a need for change, it won’t happen or the attempts will be so painful that people will leave than rather keep on trying.

Secondly, the speed of change  is directly proportional to the number of choices.   Less choices … faster the change.
