This Is Not A Kroc

Many people are unaware that Ray Kroc, the founder of McDonald’s Corporation was 47 years old before he made it in business.   Many  believe that his persistence, diligence and faithfulness set the standard for business leadership and desired qualities in individuals.

He said:

• You’re only as good as the people you hire.
• The quality of an individual is reflected in the standards they set for themselves.
• It’s a matter of having principles.   It’s easy to have principles when you’re rich.   The important thing is to have principles when you’re poor.
