Confidence & Leadership

Confidence combined with  focused leadership makes a great recipe for success.

Joe Namath, the brass and colorful competitor  who led the New York Jets to  a surprising  Super Bowl victory  in 1969  is quoted on saying the following about confidence and leadership.

On Confidence:

“When you have confidence, you can have a lot of fun; and, when you have fun, you can do some amazing things.”    

On Leadership:

“To be a leader, you have to make people want to follow you, and nobody wants to follow  someone who doesn’t know where he’s going.”
