Want To Reduce Stress?

It all has to do with your mindset.  And, it is actually quite simple – focus on what you have … not on what you want.

This applies to all things in life.  For example, focus on the wonderful  qualities your spouse has as opposed to his/her shortcomings; be grateful  that you have a job and stop complaining about your salary; and, be thankful and appreciative of your health, something most of us take for granted until we fall ill.
