The Youthfulness Of The Entertainment Industry

I have had the pleasure to be associated with the entertainment industry for over 30 years.  During this time period, I have had many people make remarks about my peers as to how energetic, creative and fun-loving they are – almost like kids in a candy store.

One of the best responses to the above observation comes from the late, great, legendary guitarist, Chet Atkins, who said,

“When I was a boy, I told my Dad, ‘When I grow up, I want to be a musician.’  

My Dad replied, ‘You can’t do both, Son’.”
