Work Engagement

Three things that are important to both staff and management  when it comes to  the workplace are:

  1. What’s my job?
  2. How am I doing?
  3. How does my contribution help serve the organization’s mission?

Providing timely feedback on the above in tandem with listening and taking necessary action are the cornerstones for engagement.
